Unfortunately disappointing

The sole aspect that I find satisfactory is its connection to the mall. However, the rest of the experience falls short of my expectations.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the lack of basic services and amenities. Parking is not free, and almost everything we requested came with an additional charge. Whenever we contacted the hotel regarding any request, we were told they needed to check with the apartment owner first, which was inconvenient. The apartment was also poorly equipped with basic necessities. There were no tissue boxes except for one already-used box in the living room, no garbage bins except inside the bathrooms and kitchen, and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. What was most disappointing was that there was no cleaning service at all during our stay. The receptionist’s way of explaining the situation was also quite unprofessional, simply stating: “Parking is not free, anything you require is with extra fees, and the cleaning staff will not come during your stay.” For a hotel/apartment stay, I expected much better service, clearer communication, and at least the basic amenities to be provided. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
