Location was easy to find, apartment provided plenty of space for 4 people, we even had an extra washroom which came in handy. It was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed.
Underground parking spaces were small, fine for cars but not ideal for a larger SUVs. It was a little tricky getting in and out but host allowed us to park outside in driveway when needed which was appreciated. We also didn’t realize how noisy it would be leaving windows open at night, seemed to be construction nearby and lots of traffic on road directly behind apartment but I know this is not of hosts control. I didn’t realize based on map view how far we would be from central Castelrotto. With it being a 20min walk either up or down hill each way it’s not ideal for someone with mobility issues. It would have been helpful to have provided hand soap and hand towels for bathrooms. We also would have liked access to a washer and dryer during our stay, we couldn’t find a laundry facility nearby. I would also recommend letting people know about events happening in town during their stay as well as restaurants that are open or closed. We didn’t realize there was a large festival and a parade that closed the main road through town causing us significant travel delay returning from another town. We also discovered all restaurants in town are closed most of the afternoon and very few are open for breakfast, and some rotate closing entirely. I suppose this is normal for small towns across the Dolomites but this isn’t the case for other larger cities guests may be coming from or used to.

Die Lage dieses wirklich außergewöhnlich komfortablen Apartments ist hervorragend, Kastelruth und die Seiser Alm sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, auch ins Grödnertal oder nach Bozen ist es nicht weit. Das Apartment selber ist sehr sauber und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Es gab absolut keine Kritikpunkte.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und absolut sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für uns war die Lage zur Gondel in Seis, zum Einkaufen und Essengehen perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Im Kinderzimmer fehlt ein Leselicht.
