The flat was nice and comfy. I particularly appreciate the kitchen with several comforts, sugar and coffee included.
It’s definitely in brighton center, 2 mins walking from Churchill Square and 5 mins to the beachfront.
No seagulls’noises, kinda miracle in Brighton!
I know that cleaning the Windows in brighton is extremely hard, but even an attempt would have been appreciated.
The windowpanes were dusty and gray.
The bathroom is a bit small but well organized.
There was a lot of bedding but just two towels per person. During the week I asked two clean towels for the shower but them have never replied.

Location very close to shops beach and supermarket restotrant. Very cozy
I didn't like the last-minute surprise of being forced to pay £35 for insurance or leave a £300 deposit that would be held for 20 to 30 days. There was a party at the pub on the corner, and I didn't sleep a wink until 4 a.m. because of the banging on the wall and the shouting that could be heard right inside the room. Then, at 5 a.m., the garbage truck arrived.

Great location just off the main shopping street and about a ten min walk to the sea!
Had everything we needed for our two night stay
Comfortable and clean, nicely decorated.
Not that I didn’t like it; but parking would have been super helpful especially as there is permit parking right outside for residents.
Sofa bed was supposed to be made up on arrival, but wasn’t. But luckily I arrived a few hours before those who were using it so I was able to do it.

Clean and modern. Central location.
Aircondition was non-existent / hardly working, so it was swelteringly hot in the apartment. They offered only one fan, meaning that the ones sleeping on the sofabed had no fan (and no aircon). Better stay away in very hot weather.
