Lage sehr gut. Wernigerode ein Super Urlaubsziel. Bei der Unterkunftsauswahl besser informieren.

Die Ausstattung. Wohn-Essbereich? Der Tisch war sehr instabil, die Sitzbänke waren sehr instabil. Couchgarnitur war o.k.! Unterste gerade noch akzeptable Ausstattungsqualität. Bodenleisten etc.. Hier wurde nicht sehr gründlich gearbeitet. Wir vermuten: erst Geld verdienen, dann die Ausstattung auf ein besseres Niveau anheben.

Gute Lage der Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt. Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr gut in der schönen Altstadt. Es gibt einige Cafés und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe.

Das Haus wurde von außen gestrichen, es war von einer Seite eingerüstet. Das wussten wir nicht. Ich wurde im Badezimmer von dem Blick des Malers überrascht. Unangenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem zuständigen Ansprechpartner hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Wir haben einige Male versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber es kam überhaupt keine Reaktion. Der Rauchmelder war nicht in Ordnung, wir wurden durch ständiges Piepen stark belästigt. Unseren Ansprechpartner hat das nicht interessiert und wir hatten den Wunsch nach einem Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa, worauf auch nicht reagiert wurde. Sehr enttäuschend!
