The studio suite was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having our own spa pool…it was kept very clean. Nikos was very helpful with recommendations and facilitating a car rental. The location was good, a 10 minute walk into town and the WiFi was strong and fast. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it for your stay in Naoussa.

Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities. Everything was incredibly clean, the room was modern and luxurious, and there was so much natural sunlight. We especially loved the kitchen, spacious balcony, and jacuzzi, which was the main reason we booked this property in the first place. The slippers provided were also a really nice touch.
Unfortunately, despite how beautiful the hotel was, our experience with management was enough that I cannot recommend staying here.
On our second day, we opted out of room service. The manager even texted me to confirm this, saying, “We will clean your room tomorrow.” Halfway through the day, however, I received a very unprofessional message from the manager informing me that he had entered our room and accusing us of using soap in the jacuzzi, supposedly causing it to become filled with bubbles.
My husband and I had used the jacuzzi the night before, but we followed all of the policies and showered beforehand. We left absolutely no soap in the jacuzzi. When I explained this, the response I received was, “No no no no! It’s not normal!” followed by further accusations and a message saying that we could no longer use the jacuzzi — essentially taking away the main reason we booked this hotel.
Fortunately, I had taken a video of our entire room, including the jacuzzi, immediately after receiving the keys. The video clearly showed that the jacuzzi already contained soapy-looking bubbles before we had used it. We genuinely assumed this was normal because it was already like that when we arrived. I sent the timestamped photo/video evidence to the manager, and suddenly the jacuzzi was “fixed” and we were allowed to use it again.
What concerns me even more is that the manager entered our room without our permission and apparently allowed a technician into the room as well. I went through the hotel’s website and policies afterward to see whether there was any indication that jacuzzi maintenance or servicing occurred daily regardless of whether guests requested room service, but I could not find anything stating this.
For us, this felt like a serious invasion of privacy.

Niko was great to deal with & very responsive to all our requests. The location is excellent & very close to the centre of Naousa. Very clean & the outdoor area is great. Up to date modern property with a small kitchen which is great when you have a toddler.
The hot tub is great except that it doesn’t operate as a spa. The jets didn’t work.
