The apartment looks new and is well equipped.
What I didn’t like was the service. The staff seemed quite careless. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and it took them a long time to respond — they should have been more proactive. Also, when I arrived the place was completely dark. Please fix the exterior lights!

Gute Lage, man fühlte sich sicher. Eine dritte Person dürfte als Gast eine Nacht schlafen. Die zuständige Person war sehr kooperativ, vielen Dank dafür.
Laut Info, die Rezeption wäre 24h besetzt, ich sah keine. Warmwasser (Dusche) war nicht zufriedenstellend. Info über Schlüsselabgage hat mir gefällt.

Und dass das eine Zimmer verschlossen war und auf Nachfrage erst drei Stunden später geöffnet werden konnte sowie die Kommunikation per Email im Vorwege - darauf wurde überhaupt ni ht reagiert - hier wurde um das Beziehen der Betten in beiden Räumen gebeten. Aussage vor Ort war : wir hatten bereits größere Gruppen die sich einfach breit gemacht haben. Gebucht war das Appartment ohne Einschränkung!

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Wohnung sehr schön. Lage war in meinem Fall ideal, liegt aber im Gewerbegebiet.
Die Kommunikation war eine Katastrophe, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch danach. Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit, kein Personal vor Ort. Keine Antworten auf E-Mails und Nachrichten im Booking Chat.
