It's a beautiful property. The hot tub was wonderful and the garden was private and secure. The extensive welcome pack was an added bonus and very much appreciated.

Very comfortable property. Very clean. All rooms had fans to keep us cool in the hot weather.
Liked the hot tub and goody bag. Easy access to town which was in walking distance.
Comfortable beds and good shower.
Could have done with a reclining chair in garden.

Wonderful stay at Birch House. Exactly as photos, if not better. House is immaculate, clean and modern throughout. The host kept a check to make sure we were OK and even left the most impressive welcome gifts I have ever had! We had a lovely weekend celebrating my mums 60th which was made even more perfect by the great accomodation.

Well appointed and clean. The hot tub was a boon with the family. One of my sons was never out of it!
Also, the property was close to the local village and the local bus services close and reliable when we decided to visit Bath. Only £4.50 return!
