First of all the owner is super friendly. He lives closeby so if you encounter any issues he’s there to help you very quickly. The apartment has excellent location, everything is close in walking distance. There are super-markets and a restaurant in the same complex building. There’s plenty of parking for the car and the owner has his own reserved spots so you will have your spot reserved and wont have to search for a parking spot. The apparment is on the 5th floor and it has elevator access. The apparment has two big balconies with fantastic sea view! That alone was worth the price we paid for. It has a kitchen in case you want to cook and there’s a refrigerator which for some reason isnt listed here on the page.
The shower cabin and bathroom are a bit small.

Great view over the sea, big apartment with two balconies, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking area and utensils included were a big plus
The apartment needs maintenance. The door to the smaller balcony was broken, it's not easy to get it to close. When not closed, it is unbearably loud in the evening due to the party music on the beach front until midnight.
The AC works, but the two remotes for it have some kind of problem where you have to wiggle the batteries in a certain way for it to work. If you don't know this, you will assume the AC is broken, which it isn't. Without the remote working, you cannot control or even turn on/off the AC.
The furniture and other items are visibly old. That's okay but you won't feel very luxurious here, more like in a neglected home from the nineties or something.
To get the dishwasher working, you have to swap the cable with the stove. We didn't know this directly so we asked. When you know it, it's no problem, but why not just leave a note on the table for new guests for all of this Knowhow?
The host was quick to react when we pointed out the mentioned problems, but annoyed by us and seemingly blaming us for these problems. "Don't shoot the messenger", not here. This soured on our mood and did not make us feel welcome here.
I would not advise staying here if you want to feel welcome and you want things to just work.
However, it is good value and once you figure out these things, it's quite a nice apartment.
