Sumptuous food, very calming environ, attentive staff, excellent facilities and amenities. Etajimasou was a sanctuary.

The whole facility is beautiful. The beds and amenities provided are wonderful. Amazing sunsets and wonderful staff. Wonderful lobby and hang out spaces and the baths are beautiful.
Location is pretty hard to get to. For a hotel on the beach it felt difficult to deal with sand, when you returned from the beach it was hard to make sure the sand all got off you. There really is not much around to get lunch or other food options if you don’t choose the in house restaurant.

部屋は広く清潔。
オーシャンビューで非常に眺めがよい。
マッサージチェアもあり寛げる。
ベッドは素材にこだわっており寝心地がよい。
床は畳で子連れには最適。
スタッフの人員不足・教育不足・情報共有不足が散見された。
①予約後の確認メールにて、他の宿泊客の予約内容で案内される
②夕食時の内容・対応が料金に見合っていない
・料理が出てくるのが遅い(トータル2時間はかかります)
・男性スタッフにパンのおかわりを注文したが、品切れのようで「準備中だと思います」と伝えられる。その後1時間近く待ってみたが、結局準備されていなかった。
・コース料理順に配膳されない。魚料理がこないまま最後の肉料理が運ばれてくる。
・そら豆の鮮度が悪いのか、処理方法が悪いのか。今まで食べたそら豆の中で1番臭かった。
