Très bon emplacement , calme appartement magnifique .
Deux défauts : pas de micro-ondes et matelas pas très confortable sinon tout était parfait.

Eine wunderbar gemütliche Wohnung in absoluter Top-Lage! Die moderne Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und der kleine Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen macht das Ganze richtig charmant. Man schläft gut, da das Bett super bequem ist und sich alle Räume mit Jalousien komplett abdunkeln lassen.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine große Couch zum Entspannen, und die geräumige Dusche mit richtig gutem Wasserdruck ist ein echtes Plus. Super praktisch ist auch, dass man problemlos waschen kann – Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden.
Trotz der ansonsten wirklich tollen Ausstattung haben uns für die 10 Tage Aufenthalt ein paar kleine Alltagsdinge gefehlt. Wir hätten uns sehr über ein paar Mülltüten und etwas Handseife gefreut. Auch eine einzige Rolle Toilettenpapier war für diese Zeit etwas knapp bemessen (Putz-/ Waschmittel und Staubsauger waren aber vorhanden!). Als kleinen Tipp, um den Aufenthalt zu einem absoluten 10-Sterne-Erlebnis zu machen, würden wir noch empfehlen, die Kissen und Einziehdecken (die Bettwäsche selbst sowie die Handtücher waren wunderbar frisch und sauber!) sowie den Bezug des Bügelbretts bei Gelegenheit zu reinigen. Ebenso wäre eine detaillierte Info, wo man kostenlos parken kann, sehr hilfreich für Gäste (das aktuelle Infoblatt ist veraltet). Das sind kleine Details, die aber den Aufenthalt definitiv auf 10 Sterne aufwerten würden!

Très bel appartement : belle déco, tout refait de neuf, très belle cuisine particulièrement bien équipée (beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles permettant de cuisiner confortablement sur place), très proche mer et centre commerçant. Très bonne boulangerie à 2 pas.
Propre, calme, lumineux avec belle vue sur le grand parc arboré.
C'est vraiment très bien.
Il n'y a cependant pas de parking avec la location. Juste devant la résidence les places sont payantes. En saison ça peut être compliqué. Pour l'ascension j'ai trouvé une place à 60m gratuite.
Une couverture ou un plaid en plus, hors saison, pourrait être bien.
