Tutto sommato è andato bene

Monolocale molto ben equipaggiato, è dotato di tutto l’occorrente per poter trascorrere dei giorni di vacanza. La posizione è molto più che ottima, con un facile accesso alla spiaggia.

Purtroppo il vano doccia è decisamente troppo piccolo, farsi una doccia è un impresa.

Niet aan te raden

De locatie was een groot pluspunt. Het strand bevindt zich pal achter het appartement. Verder is de locatie dichtbij de stad Pescara en andere plaatsen in de buurt die de moeite waard zijn om te bezichtigen.

Het appartement is redelijk klein (40m²). Het staat duidelijk vermeld op de website, maar het was evenzeer even opkijken toen we binnenkwamen. De website vermeldt ook dat het appartement tot wel 4 personen kan dienen, maar de ruimte is te klein voor zo veel personen. Verder was de indeling van de ruimte weinig interessant. Het slaapgedeelte met een tweepersoonsbed is beschut met houten platen om de illusie te creëren van een aparte slaapkamer. De keuken was zeer beperkt en de mini oven zag eruit alsof het al een tijdje niet meer was proper gemaakt. De badkamer was oké, maar de douche was zeer klein (ongeveer 60 cm op 60 cm). Het was zelfs als slanke man niet evident om hierin comfortabel te douchen. Tot slot kwamen er na de boeking van het appartement nog extra kosten bij kijken (service kosten, schoonmaakkosten en kosten voor handdoeken en lakens per persoon). We hebben bijna de helft van ons oorspronkelijk bedrag bovenop moeten betalen om gebruik te maken van het appartement. Het totaalbedrag was absoluut niet in verhouding tot de accomodatie en wat er ter beschikking was. We waren dan ook zeer ontevreden en we raden dit appartement af om hier je vakantie te boeken. Let goed daarbij goed op voor bijkomende kosten die niet direct vermeld staan bij de boeking!
