The location of the flat is brilliant; you can easily walk everywhere, yet it’s not noisy. The flat itself is cosy, and you’re provided with all the information you need for check-in and check-out.
Unfortunately, communication is handled exclusively via AI, and there are no personal replies or responses to questions and concerns. One downside was the towels, which smelled unpleasant.

Location
Check in APP & Keys not being on site. The APP is a clever idea, but had two technical failures with it & when you don’t know what is supposed to happen as a one off user, that is problematic. Was left struggling to access apartment. Fortunately the building reception were very helpful.

This was a very important as we had to catch the train to Narangba every day which made this very important.
