We spent a week in the villa as a group of 13 adults to celebrate our 30th birthdays and we had a great time.
The host was very helpful and approachable. The localization of the villa was decent - 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, 15-20 minute walk to the nearest beach, 25 minute walk to Kassiopi town. Everything was close enough that we didn't need to rent a car.
The villa itself was very spacious and comfortable, with three separate apartments with separate kitchens and bathrooms, and very comfortable bedrooms. It was really nice to have an additional poolside kitchen complete with a fridge, dishwasher and a gas grill. There was also a garden, a terrace and a separate sauna house. Even though it was around 35 degrees outside during daytime, we ended up using the Finnish sauna a lot during evenings. It was avaliable for no additional cost (it's not always the case in other villas).
Possibly we'll visit again for our 31st :)
