A wonderful, cozy, quiet, clean, well equiped, and comfortable place! The wonderful host makes this place beautiful with her hard work, talent, and kindness! Thanks to her efforts, I was able to visit many beautiful places in and around Yerevan and experience Armenian culture. I 100% recommend!

Очень чисто, удобная кровать, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания.
Замечательная хозяйка, встретила нас на вокзале, показала город и окрестности, угостила вкусным кофе. Огромное спасибо!

Невероятно душевная и гостеприимная хозяйка квартиры Цовик рассказала нам столько всего интересного и про Ереван, и в целом про Армению. Всегда была на связи, помогала ориентироваться, подсказывала по логистике. Благодаря ей получилось грамотно спланировать маршрут и все успеть. Неудобств при совместном проживании абсолютно никаких не было. Квартира шикарная, ремонт отличный, комната огромная, кухня современная, мебель красивая. Кровати удобные, белье чистое и красивое. Есть вся необходимая техника, посуда. Можно выстирать и отгладить белье. А какой вид из окна на вечерний Ереван, восторг! Мы были рады здесь остановиться
Далековато от центра, но рядом с домом автобусная остановка, автобусы ходят часто. Да и стоимость такси вполне приемлемая

Tsouvik was an excellent host. Parking was a bit congested but she managed to get our car parked. She helped us to make our itinerary and told us the shorter routes. Though the location is a bit far from the city, it’s worth it. Highly responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend her place.
