Location is excellent. Rooms are exceptionally clean.
No bells or whistles. Just exactly what you need in a motel room.
The huge ICE MACHINE was a plus!!! You could fill up 20 BIG coolers with this machine.
This was my first experience checking into a motel with no staff present. They text you……you text them. You get a code to enter the room.
It’s went perfectly.
I think, during the initial contact with the property on how to check-in, I would have appreciated a picture of whomever I was texting with.
The owner/manager or whoever. This was my first time checking into a motel this way. No issues! It went great!
But a picture would’ve made me feel better.
And, a last name.
I gave sensitive information (DL & Credit Card)over a text to a person whom I could never identify and who never offered their last time.
It kinda creeped me out a little. But, I was reassured because they are part of Booking.com so I knew it was legit.

I would have liked a separate light in the kitchenette
only one cereal bowl was provided
no in-person staff contact at all
no response via text after checking out
uncomfortable chairs
toilet was not clean (everything else as excellent)
