A superb location for discovering Bailgate, the Cathedral, Castle and Steep Hill pubs and shops, this together with the parking directly outside makes this a truly excellent choice to explore Lincoln, we thoroughly enjoyed our week here, there is a large secure garden so the dogs were easily managed. The location is perfectly quiet as well.

Lovely and spacious, perfect to park up and enjoy the area without the car for a few days!
Bed very soft and low.
shower cubicle tiny
Could have done with a bread knife, however, seeing they didn't have one in other reviews brought ours from home!
Basics like replacement bin liners and replacemt foil missing.

Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk to everything you need and the start of the bail.

Very clean, everything you needed, good advice on things to do , good communication with the owner, loved the treat box.
Not much but I would say the lights need to be brighter especially in the kitchen , also another tea towel because we washed are dishes by hand although there was a dishwasher. Also I think it might be difficult the a separate toilet would have been useful.
