Convenient stop-off location for a quick one-night transit stay as airport bus has a stop very nearby. Has everything you need for such a short stay and next morning bus stop is very close by to get back to the airport. Staff gave very detailed instructions and promptly provided all check-in codes etc which was much appreciated.
It was challenging to try to find in the dark late at night. If I had not had phone data I would have struggled more as the map confused me between two adjacent buildings. More signage or indicators would be appreciated as at first I was attempting to open post boxes of the adjacent building in total darkness, and then later turned to the next building, which was thankfully more lit, and the building in question, but I still felt like I was guessing a bit. I did not see any on-street markers for the building or a building number. The room was decent but a bit stuffy the bedsheets were not the freshest.

The location is close to the airport and it is close to bus station that goes to the airport. Room has AC and bed was comfortable and balcony view is actually very nice.
Not related to the place but to the people inside one of the other rooms, they were a couple and i had to wait a couple times to use the bathroom, and they used it quite frequently. But it was ok because i stayed only one night.

Very close to the beach and airport, and also on a good location to walk to the center and main beahes (10min walk), just what we were looking for.
Easy check-in, nice apartment, terrific view and very clean rooms.
I don't know if it was our bad luck or what, but the music, noise and the singer being terribly off-key and wailing into the microphone was unbearable (like drunken karaoke party), as it was playing loud until 2 in the morning

Great for one night as it's just 10 minutes away from the airport and not too far from the Larnaka centre to have dinner last night.
Easy to find, flexible check-in.
Cleaning the kitchen, we only cooked water but the place was sticky and oily, it would only get worse if not cleaned properly.
We saw one small cockroach in the kitchen.
