Voor ons doel was het perfect, centrale ligging, lekker ontbijt ookal waren we de enige gasten, heel schoon, lekker bed en het personeel was zo ontzettend aardig.

The hotel proved to be much better than we could expect. Wonderful location and surroundings, superb pool and very good breakfast.

The staff and location are great. The pool is lovely.

The coffee is not nice. And the fruit juice is not attractive at all.

location was really nice and it was a welcome change from being in cities. we had previously been to Lucca, Sienna and Florence. we were met by a really friendly gentleman who let us into our room a full hour before our check in time, which was lovely of him.

the hotel itself is in dire need of some restoration. it has no bar or restaurant, which I’m sure we should have realised but foolishly we judged it by the pictures and figured something of that size would have either one or the other. only one of the buildings on the site is operating as a hotel, the other is completely derelict, perhaps being renovated? the room was incredibly small and dated. the air conditioning was old and did not cool the room adequately, which led to a very bad sleep. the bedding had holes in. the pool was nice but the decking around it was loose and a recipe for a stubbed toe. really quite expensive for what it is.
