Die Wohnung war äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Sie liegt in einem höher gelegenen Stadtteil, in absoluter Ruhe mit einem herrlichen Ausblick.

moderne Dachgeschoßwohnung in einem ansonsten einfachen Mehrfamilienhaus, mit Fußbodenheizung, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Backofen, kleine Spülmaschine, Badewanne, separate Dusche, Waschtrockner (wenn auch ohne Waschpulver) und Garage, Garten nicht wirklich vorhanden
kein Einlass und telefonisch nicht erreichbar, obwohl innerhalb der bestätigten Ankunftszeit, erst nach 30 Minuten Warten im Dunkeln kam der Rückruf mit der Anweisung, meinen Personalausweis als Foto zu schicken oder gegen volle Gebühr zu stornieren, wenn mir das nicht gefällt, völlig unüblich auch wenn der Vermieter versucht, das als "branchenübliche Sicherheitsmaßnahme" darzustellen, negative Erfahrung mit Vermieter und seinen vielen automatisierten Messages sowie seinem Online-Registrierungszwang, wovon man selbverständlich nirgendwo vor der Buchung erfährt
