Es handelt sich um ein kleines, modernes und nett geführtes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut sortiert, frisch und ansprechend.
Die Parkplätze am Haus sind schwierig anfahrbar.
Aber besonders schlecht ist angekommen, dass direkt vor dem Haus eine der meistbefahrenen Straßen von Rotenburg verläuft. Von früh bis spät rauscht der Verkehr vorbei. Es wird gehupt und gelärmt. Weder im Haus noch auf den Außenflächen gibt es eine Möglichkeit, sich außerhalb der Zimmer aufzuhalten.
