Location was perfectly situated in the heart of Bukit Bingtang with lots of restaurants and malls in the immediate vicinity. Everything was within walking distance.
While the room itself was spectacular and we had a wonderful view of the KL skyline, the bathroom maintenance was poor. Adding to that, the management's approach to resolving the issue was unprofessional in our opinion. The muslim shower experienced a leak about an hour before our intended check-out time and thereby became unusable. And while wear and tear with equipment is completely normal, we were told by the front desk that the maintenance team would take over 30 minutes because of the rush associated with the overcrowded lifts. Repeatedly explained that we had to check out in an hour or so but they still remained adamant that it would take that long for their visit. In the end, even an hour later, no one showed up to check the issue out. Additionally, this adds to another point about reviews we had previously seen about the lifts being overcrowded, and we experienced that during our stay. Not sure if that is a design issue or not a proper account of the max occupancy of residents but it is ridiculous that people can be stranded for more than 20-30 mins to take an elevator to their room and that the maintenance team cannot stop by in time because of the overcrowding in lifts. I hope Sleeping Lions does something to resolve this issue to avoid for the future.

Located in a convenient location - easy to get around to most places. The room had a nice view and was comfortable. Great view from the top floor where the pool and link bridge is!
It was a bit difficult to dispense the soap/shampoo from the wall-mounted dispenser.
