Location and accurate per pictures displayed.
Comfortable beds and staff very friendly.
1) Only 2 key cards given upon checkin.
2) For extended stay of 14 nights we had to pay for each day to use gym and sauna next door. At least offer some days as complimentary.
3) We were not allowed to exchange currency next door, not even a small amount.

We Loved:
1) The location
2) the apt size
3) overall condition of the apt is just like the pictures 4) loved the beds with duvet and pillows because all are super comfortable.
5) Bedrooms all have blackout curtains which makes for great sleeping.
6) Receptionist desk staff were always super friendly.
7) For an extended stay they offer cleaning every 3 nights with a change of bed sheets, towels and toilet paper.
8) Soaking tub was very useful and appreciated.
9) Great water pressure in the shower with hot and cold water available at all times when needed.
10) They offer hair dryer in each of the bathrooms.
11) One complimentary tooth brush and tooth paste.
The negatives were:
1) Only 2 key cards are provided even for the penthouse of 4 bedrooms. We are all adults and couldn’t be together all the time. Therefore not having a key card for each bedroom was a problem coordinating. Fortunately, it was resolved after asking several times. We were then finally granted 2 more key cards.
2) In this 4 bedroom unit there wasn’t enough dishes and cooking pans. The extended stay would be much better with more cooking pans, plates, bowls, coffee maker and a blender.
3) There were no hangers. There were huge closets and space in both master bedrooms but no hangers. The other two bedrooms lacked a small dresser to store clothes. Again, for an extended stay of 2 weeks having somewhere to keep your clothes outside of your suitcase would’ve been more comfortable. We had to buy hangers which helped in the master bedrooms. The other two bedrooms had no desk or dresser just the bed.
4) The unclear partnership between the residences and the Marriott Hotel. It would have been nice to be able to exchange foreign currency at the Marriott Hotel especially when it was only 200 Euros. They said it was only for hotel guests.
5) We were only given a discount for gym and sauna access. Despite staying for 2 weeks and rented 3 separate room units / apt) it would have been very appreciated to grant us at least 3 complimentary days to access gym and sauna.

Location. Beds comfortable.
They advertise as a suite with 3 beds but not 3 bedrooms. It should be advertised as a 2 bedroom unit with an extra space. It made it difficult to share costs evenly with friends based on the bedrooms not being the same. The ‘extra space’ had the mattress on the floor.

Just the lounge area properly is very bare
This is a very bare penthouse. There’s a laundry room but no washing machines. Cups and plates provided but no cutlery. There’s a sign to not wear shoes but they did not provide slippers. No bedside tables in any of the room the list can go on. For the price they charging this place is not accommodating to stay if your an international traveller
