Actually, location facilities & whatnot are fine
It’s just that it could have been, i dont know, cleaner? It looks a little… abandoned. A deep cleaning would do this unit good. Please check the room thoroughly, the mold & mildew needs to be dealth with

Instructions were clear on how to collect key card, and PIN used to open the room door.
Recommendations for parking was good (the hotel charges a premium for parking, and we were advised to park opposite instead)
Would be good if we can use the key card to open the room door, instead of having to use another PIN.
Floor was not clean, there was a greasy film on the floor even after having the service staff to come and clean again.
More towels can be provided instead.
Heavy smoke smell along the corridor (luckily the smoke smell did not enter the room).
