Tv didn't work

The WiFi didn't work so we didn't have TV and Internet for laptop. I send a text to the number was belong to owner but, I haven't received any respond and many time I called still no answer. When your there and have problem no body respond.
Neighbourhood was very noisy at late night with shouting and swearing.

Near public transportation, the host was always available to answer our questions. There were some issues at the beginning with the cleanliness, but we quickly contacted the host, who moved us to another apartment. From then on, everything was perfect.
The mattress had very prominent springs and was uncomfortable for the back. The window didn’t have proper curtains to block out the light, so we would always wake up early because of the brightness.

it was close to the strip and where we were headed in london, the bathroom was nice however no plug for the bath which was slightly disappointing
we got instructions to check in, however the door was broken so the key wouldn’t work, there was another group also trying to check in but their key wasn’t working either. property didn’t answer me back for a while and we were stuck in the cold for an hour and a half before they had a man come out, we then continued to get locked out a number of times and had to ask the other group to let us in, we also kept getting stuck in our apartment as the door was very flimsy. the tv was broken and they said they would replace but didn’t hear anything for the rest of our stay, the bathroom was very nice but very slippy so be careful. the sofa bed was comfortable but the double bed felt like a prison bed.
