We had a lovely family getaway near the beach in a great caravan

Very clean caravan with everything you need. Cosy without feeling cramped. Playgrounds on site great for all ages. 5 minutes' walk from the beach, swimming pool and soft play centre.

Spacious clean caravan, felt homely, great plot with terrace Next to football area great for kids, kids on site enjoyed playing and were not noisy at night as suggested by another review Fantastic location a couple of mins walk to lovely beach, eateries and surrounding attractions. Great value, worth every penny

Wi fi would have been really useful especially due to bad weather for films, but figured out how to connect TV to phone data. A bit annoying having to bring own bedding if I'm being picky, who wants to make beds on holiday haha Couldn't find the iron

Not sure we would stay there again as a family.

Its a nice caravan site, tidy and well kept, the staff were very helpful. Location was good, right next to the beach, just a few minutes walk. The caravan was modern and had good equipment installed such as TV and Cooker, microwave and fridge. Some games and books available. We like the uncommercial aspects of Prestatyn, not too touristy.

Caravan next to the tennis courts, one was converted to a 5 a side pitch, so it had lots of noisy kids until late at night. A water leak developed before we arrived in the caravan, which got worse and caused flooding. Due to the bank holiday a plumber was not available. I had to switch the water off until the plumber arrived a day later, which was inconvenient. The resort layout map inferred there was a clubhouse and shop on site, no such thing. You have to walk at least a kilometer to find a shop.

Location was great facilities on the caravan park was great

Caravan was in really poor condition bathroom tap was broke toilet was broke doesn't provide bedding, towels or toilet roll only one thin pillow per bed medications left in drawers that my 2 year old son got hold of luckily didn't take any there was dirty greased water left in the sink there was sweet wrappers under two off the bed there was dirty snotty tissue in cupboards and on the side there was also loads off dirty hair in the shower not just one colour Either we paid a 150 pound a night I would avoid at all cost I also took pictures and sent to jenna the owner though her Watts app she has received but ignored all she cares about is taking money avoid avoid avoid at all cost
