This apartment is conveniently located midway between the railway station and the main square. Situated at the rear of the apartment block, it is mostly shielded from noise coming from the adjacent road.
Everything matches the description provided. Both the railway station and a nearby supermarket are about a 15-minute walk away, as is the castle. The Basilica is approximately a 20-minute walk from the apartment, while the main square is slightly closer.
Additionally, there are several restaurants and takeout options within a 20-minute walk, with some even closer. The living area features a sofa bed, a rail for hanging clothes, and a small balcony.
On my first morning in the apartment, when I opened the bedroom curtains, one of them fell off the curtain rail and landed on the floor because it had not been secured properly.
It was evident that decorating had been done recently, as there were various-sized spots of paint on the floor.
While trying to retrieve a plate from the cupboard, I discovered that the dishes had been stacked dangerously high. I had to handle them with great care to prevent them from all tumbling out onto the floor.
The large cupboard containing cleaning materials and the washing machine appeared quite cluttered. I needed to move some items just to access the washing machine. Additionally, none of the doors on that cupboard could be fully secured, although they did stay closed.
I also noticed that the bottom edge of one of the interior doors was partially detached, and the cable for the balcony light had been left protruding from the wall.
As mentioned by previous reviewers, the lift opens onto a plateau located halfway between two floors. To access the lift from ground level, you need to climb approximately nine steps. Similarly, to reach the apartment, you must either climb or descend the same number of steps.

Egy éjszakára szálltunk meg, átutazóban, és nagyon sajnáljuk hogy nem töltöttünk több időt itt.
Eger központjához nagyon közel van, mégis viszonylag csendes és nyugodt környéken.
A lakás teljes körűen felszerelt, és nagyon otthonos. Pici gyerekkel voltunk, ő nagyon jól szórakozott a játékokkal, amik a szálláson voltak, és nagyon jót aludt a kiságyban.
A Charlie & Johnny Firpo tematika is nagyon jópofa volt, egyéniséget kölcsönzött a lakásnak mikor helyiségenként észrevettünk egy-egy Bud Spencer & Terrence Hill utalást, illetve a szállásadóink személyisége is kiválóan tükröződött bárhova pillantottunk.
Az ügyintézés is nagyon gördülékenyen ment, előre mindent elintéztünk, így nem kellett időre mennünk, kötetlenül érkezhettünk.
Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek, mi biztos hogy meg fogunk meg szállni náluk. Nagyon remélem hogy akkor már nem ilyen rohanós átutazós időben, hanem több napot is eltölthetünk náluk.
A lift kialakítása, miszerint nem az adott emeleteken áll meg, hanem félemeletenként, az picit körülményes volt babával, de ennyi lépcsőzést ki lehet bírni, és ez igazából nem a szállás hibája, hanem az épület jellegzetessége, szóval nem okoz nagy fejfájást.
