Contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavar la ropa y también higienizarse.
Para quienes utilizan la tarjeta SUBE pueden subir a la línea A para transportarse o caminar por Malvinas hasta llegar hasta 12 de octubre y llegar al centro o tomar hacia la costanera para disfrutar unos buenos mates apreciando el entorno natural.

Muy completo para ir con niños lavarropas, cafetera hasta azúcar sal toallone la verdad súper completo .
La calefacción excelente super bien esquilado
Debido a que fuimos en invierno y teniendo en cuenta que hacía menos 13 grados el agua de la ducha si la abrías del todo no salía del todo caliente pero repito es una cuestión de el clima

Соотношение цена/качество. Полноценное жилье. Кухня хорошо укомплектована. Есть рабочий стол. Можно с животными. Рядом в доступности были небольшие продовольственные магазины которые работают до 23.
Мне лично понравилось расположение, так как мы любим много ходить, гулять. Т.е. от дома до центра города 30 минут пешком или 50 минут с коляской с ребенком. К сожалению, многим этот критерий может быть минусом, но не нам =)
В спальне старый нагреватель, возможно требует замены. Нет микроволновки.
