My room at the house was spacious and very clean. As were the bathroom next door to my room and the downstairs kitchen. The owner of the house was polite and well turned out. Next to the house there are a couple of convenience stores.
I had to wait until 8 p.m. to get into the property as the owner was at work before then. However, this had been agreed beforehand. (I didn't arrive in Northampton until 6 p.m. anyway.) The property is rather out of town. But not far from a local bus route.

it was good value for money, the single room was downstairs with the toilet opposite so although it was shared it was just for me.

When I arrived I had my reservations as it is in a housing estate but once you open the door it looked like a B&B and had shops and even a Chinese takeaway right next door and besides it was a lot cheaper and better reviews then elsewhere, so would stay again. The Couple seemed pleasant and left you to get on with things. The previous review leaving a 1 rating was an absolute Joke and they must of been a bit of an idiot, for around £30 what did they expect?
My single room was quite small but as I said was cheap. Only thing that was actually a bit annoying was it was beside the kitchen so I had to put up with someone in it for an hour or so but stopped at 9.30pm, then was quiet
