About this house rental
IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BOOK: This is not a party house. This is place to relax. Our neighbors are awesome families that have lived in this area for many years, let’s keep them happy. No parties or events, No smoking allowed inside the house. Noise levels must be minimal past 10:00 pm. Good vibes only. We want to rent the house just to families , no party crowds or loud music by the pool! No more than 16 guests allowed on the property. Only registered guests. NOT BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES/NO PARTY GROUPS
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION : This IS A NEW property is located at the East side of Las Picuas Beach, where you will always find a nice breeze that allows you to enjoy outdoors at night . Very large, 2 levels house with 2 master bedrooms & private bathrooms each room on the second floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor and two bathrooms. There is another full bathroom outside of the house. Large kitchen with an amazing terrace and pergola overlooking the ocean which is the perfect spot for breakfast. Living and dining area with 65" flat screen TV , free Netflix and wifi. The backyard is huge and offers your own private access to the Ocean. There is a large outdoor grill, ping pong table and great weather all year around.
For your enjoyment we have included 2 kayaks and a paddle board at no charge

Most of the properties in the neighborhood are Airbnb properties, very safe and quiet . You will be able to walk to all the beaches around here. Wyndham Rio Mar hotel is just 5 minutes by car offering Golf course and restaurants.
Las Picuas is one of the best kept secrets location in Puerto Rico. It's very close to the Rainforest, is not far from San Juan and offers a very secluded beach with a natural reef which protects the beach from wind and waves turning the Ocean in a quiet and flat salt water lake

The house was very spacious and comfortable. The out side pool was a great detail to have because the ocean behind the house was hard to swim in. There was allot of seaweed. There is an easy access beach about 5 minutes walk from the house with really nice views. All of the rooms in the house were very spacious and comfortable . I guess as to the pricing you are paying for location and size of house for multiple travelers. There are grocery stores near by and a couple food places but they are driving distance. The only thing I thought was different was the day before last I had messages from the owners and the grounds keeper asking me what time I was leaving. Both of them sent two messages a piece, I did notice check out was 10am and was planning on leaving before then anyway so felt a little pressure in the morning to leave on time. I understand they had to clean the house but maybe just one reminder would have been enough? Other than that I have no complaints the house is good for a family stay and the area is worth visiting.

The scenery captivated our entire family, and we will all cherish it as an unforgettable experience. The amenities were excellent, as was your thoughtful attention to every detail. The view alone is something you rarely find—it’s absolutely breathtaking and worth every moment. Having both a pool and direct beach access right in the backyard, where you can even go paddle boating, makes this place incredibly special.The accommodations were outstanding, and having A/C in every room was a huge plus. Our family of 13 was completely comfortable throughout our stay.The host Mr. Carlos was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel at home from beginning to end.We highly recommend this home to any family looking to create amazing memories, enjoy plenty of space, and experience peace and tranquility while taking in the natural beauty of the island right from the backyard.We hope to return in the future—this home would definitely be our first choice.
