About this house rental
The Lakehouse is both a destination and an experience. Nestled among the rolling hills of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA this incredible retreat sits on one of the lakes just below the new Soléna Estate Vineyard tasting room.
Relax, unwind, and enjoy a setting unlike most any other. Sitting next to the lake, this converted tasting room now boasts a primary bedroom that is perfect for any person or couple and a secondary bedroom that is fitting for older kiddos, young adults, or someone where privacy isn't as necessary. We say that because the second bedroom is enclosed by a curtain and its walls don't completely go to the ceiling to it isn't completely enclosed.
The living, dining, and entertainment area is enormous and spacious. The views are unparalleled. The setting is truly spectacular anytime of the year. The Lakehouse is a perfect destination to base out of as you enjoy tastings at Soléna as well as throughout the valley. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
*SPECIAL PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS*
NO CHILDREN: There is a large, deep body of water very close to the Lake House and we would never want anyone to experience the devastation of a young child drowning. Violation will result in immediate eviction.
NO PETS ALLOWED: We ask that NO PETS be allowed. This helps ensure that guests staying with a possible pet allergy are sure to have an enjoyable time. If you are caught bringing a pet, this will result in immediate eviction.
This is a working farm and vineyard. We ask that you don't walk into the rows without staff as there may be people working with or without machinery at anytime while wearing earplugs.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (not fully private, has four walls but not all the way to the ceiling and without traditional door)

Home was absolutely stunning! Gorgeous views and the old tasting room was spacious! Bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The complimentary tasting at Solena was one of our favorite tastings! Wine was excellent! We were celebrating our anniversary and we were provided with 3 bottles of wine! Such a nice touch! Highly recommend this property if visiting wine county. Excellent restaurants within 10-15 minutes and wineries all over the place!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this place 5 stars. The setting is beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and exactly what you hope for in Oregon wine country. The space was very clean and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell it used to be a tasting room, but they’ve made great use of it and created a comfortable place to stay.
The only small touch that would have made it even more special would be a complimentary bottle of wine, given it’s located at a winery. Other than that, everything was lovely and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway that would be a time of relaxation with the occasion wine tasting. This location is also great, the house is wonderful and the had everything we could want! Thank you for such a great time!
