Located in Bradenton Beach, this charming condo for $368 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 3 bed, 2 bath, beachfront condo with lovely views of the Gulf of Mexico and a beach side pool, as well as community pool, with large jacuzzi and bathroom facilities. Also fishing pier with gazebo and swing. Perfect for families with children of any age. Sea La Vie is a condo-style Vacation home that is just steps away from the beach, offering views of the sands and the water from a screened-in lanai. Part of the Bradenton Beach Club Resorts, the only beach to bay resort on Anna Maria Island. The kitchen is equipped to prepare and cook meals, and it even has a dishwasher for ease of cleanup. A private washer and dryer are in the unit so you can launder your items. Sea La Vie is also perfectly located so you can enjoy the closeness to great island shopping and dining. Free Island Trolley stops are just a short walk away, so you can take a trip to enjoy restaurants in Holmes Beach or travel south to Historic Bridge Street. For the perfect island getaway book Sea La Vie today! Calming direct beachfront condo “Sea la Vie” unit C bldg. 6 at 1706 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach. Accommodates (8) guests with (3) Bedroom and (2.5) Bathrooms: 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds. Heated community pool and fishing pier. Screened lanai. Short walk to free trolley stop, shopping and dining. Assigned parking (one car in garage, next to elevator, and one exterior parking space) , premium linens, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your booking is with Island Real Estate Vacations. We will send you check-in instructions 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking. Island Real Estate Vacations will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee. Payment of reservation deposit is considered acceptance of all terms regardless of signature status of contract. Guest is responsible for adhering to the rental terms and dates. Any error on Guest’s part is not the responsibility of the agent. Sub-leasing of your vacation rental is strictly prohibited. A mid-stay clean and charge equal to the standard cleaning fee are required for all stays 21 nights or longer. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from our company. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. If you do not wish to pay with the bank account or credit card on file, please reach out to pay several days in advance of 60 days prior to your arrival. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck. Thank you for choosing eCheck to help reduce the cost of business. Please note the eCheck payment option cannot be used within 14 days of arrival. Any refunds on checks and echecks will be delayed at least 14 days after deposit or until funds are verified. All our properties provide luxury linens for you to enjoy during your stay.
