The Space: The Ocean House is a very spacious 1,902 square foot Short-Term Rental that includes a split floor plan with two master bedrooms w/ full bathrooms to the left and two guest bedrooms with one full bathroom to the right as you enter. The kitchen and living room includes an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The 2 car garage includes a ping pong table, grill, beach equipment and more. The master bedroom includes a private entrance. The backyard is fenced that comes up to the waist. Please be advised that there are a few small gaps are within the fence, which may pose an issue for smaller dogs to escape. Guest Access: Guests will receive a 4-digit code on the day of check-in at noon. The STR uses a Schlage encode smart lock that gives you a unique code for the duration of your stay. Normal check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in is available for $50 and subject to the cleaner's schedule. Reach out for more information. The Neighborhood: Location, location, location. Vesta Heights is a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with 15 public schools in the city. The city of Fort Walton Beach has a strong military community with more than 6 military bases, camps and airfields in the immediate area. All of your favorite restaurants, is right down the street. Jet Drive Park is 100 meters away from the front door and includes a playground, open field, pickle ball and basketball courts. Getting Around: Need wheels and want to live the Florida life-style? I have a small fleet of Jeeps available for your to rent. More information will be sent once you've booked. There isn't any public transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful, but can be limited during high season. Other Things to Note: Ocean House has 2 driveways for plenty of parking. One single-lane driveway, located near the front door, can accommodate 2 large trucks and a double-lane driveway, located on the side of the house, can accommodate 4 large trucks. Interaction with Guests: The Ronin Stays Team provides 24 hour coverage in the event of an emergency. I respect my guests privacy and limit my interaction with guests, however, my team and I live in the immediate area should any issues arise.
