We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful condo complex, very safe, and relaxing. The views are incredible and hearing the waves every night had us sleeping like babies. Highly recommended.

We had an awesome stay! We really enjoyed the condo and everything the property had to offer. The condo had to be the best on the property - top floor penthouse - for chilling on the patio in the morning and watching ocean activity (whales, manta rays, sea turtles, fish, etc.) before heading out to the beach. Maria & Nick were great hosts - extremely responsive and wanting to ensure a great visit. We've been coming to PVR for 20 years. This was the best stay yet!!

Host was very communicative. Supplies in the condo were minimal. The couch cushions were dirty and ripped. The cushions on the patio (downstairs) patio had black mold on them. Amenities at the overall property were fine.
