About this house rental
Beauty in a row is a cozy 3 story row home located near City Line Ave, in West Philadelphia. 25 minutes from Lincoln Financial Stadium and other main attractions in Philadelphia. You will have no choice but to relax in this modern space. Great for weekend stays. Hate to put this here but it’s needed. Please mame sure you respect the property. There were guests that came in and kept parties at this location, which led to damages. All I ask is for all guests to respect the policies and my property.

Property has three levels and nice seating outside back. We only stayed in the main bedroom upstairs and it was comfortable. The place was fully equipped but we basically needed it to sleep and shower. There are tvs on all three floors and Erica has access to her net flicks and prime for her guests. She is very responsive and has very good follow up. We always found parking near or in front of the place when we arrived around 11 pm. Street is pretty narrow with parking on both sides and it is a one way street. We definitely recommend the place. It’s about 20 minutes away from Drexel University.

The house appeared as listed, was clean, and perfect for our needs. Very happy to have found such a lovely place and centrally located for our stay.

This is a very nice and cute home to stay in. Location is great with shopping close by and quick access to City Line Ave. Quiet and comfortable.
