From the living room, you have access to three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second with a single bed, and a third with a bunk bed providing two berths. The property sits on a large natural plot with plenty of space for outdoor games and activities. Covered terraces on both the east and west sides of the house are furnished with quality garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors regardless of the weather. This holiday home accommodates a maximum of 5 adults and 2 children, making it ideal for family holidays. Please note that rentals to youth or work groups are not permitted. This property is reserved exclusively for family holidays.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
