You’ll find some coffee grounds and charcoal for the BBQ also just to get you started. Early check-in/check-out and luggage storage can be accommodated without charge with prior notice and approval. There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, that can be arranged for an additional fee of $85 USD. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Please shake any sand from the beach off of your body and feet before entering the unit.
