I had a wonderful stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the beach was absolutely stunning. The whole property has a lovely, relaxed feel and the food was excellent.
What really made my stay special, though, was the staff. They were exceptional — so friendly, helpful and attentive, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience.
At one point during my stay I felt unwell, and they kindly arranged for food to be delivered to my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. They really did go above and beyond.
Even when I was leaving, the level of care continued. The day before my departure, they checked that I had arranged my transfer, and on the morning I left, a member of staff called the transfer company on my behalf to confirm everything and make sure there were no issues. I really appreciated that attention to detail and the fact that they were looking out for me right until I left.
Beautiful room, gorgeous beach, great food and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend The Oasis at Grace Bay and would happily stay here again.

What a wonderful property! Beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, well lit, and safe. It checked every box. The room was secure, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Their presence made the whole experience feel less like a stay and more like coming home. We especially loved the E bikes and shuttle to the beach. Highly recommend!
