Turks & Caicos is very expensive, so I jumped at the opportunity to book this hotel when I saw that the price was lower than other Grace Bay hotels. I was nervous it would be not great given it was cheaper, but it far exceeded my expectations. The grounds were gorgeous with lush vegetation and beautiful flowers; the pool area and restaurant were recently re-done and pretty; the entire property was clean; the rooms were spacious with a patio, small kitchen, and washer/dryer; there was ample parking; the restaurant served yummy appetizers; the location was close to restaurants and stores but still quiet; and the white-sand beach of Grace Bay is only steps away. I would definitely stay again!
Really liked this property. If I had to make recommendations for improvement they would be small - better pillows and better drainage in shower.

Very well maintained. Thought of all amenities. Staff was good. Location is great - beach and pool combination is great

location and cleanliness.
we are returning
where do I start.
we requested a king bed. no one told us that the room had double bed. who pays over $500 a night for a room with a double. the bellman dropped off our bags and didn’t tell us how to use the a/c or television. we were locked out of our room . upon returning from the beach we couldn’t get into our room. we had left face mask in the room. not allowed to enter lobby. finally was told to see if the maids were cleaning the room. we were told checkout was at 11. we went to take shower and finish packing at 10:20. finally we got into the room at 10:50 to rush around. no shower. we were told we would be charged $55 if we checked out late. the front desk staff were rude and should be replaced by people who are friendly and welcoming to guests. the staff at check in and checkout are an embarrassment to this property. their poor excuse was blaming the computer for locking me out. they should have sent someone up to unlock the door and extend the checkout to allow us time to shower and pack. their computer was programmed inaccurately and cut us out at 10am.
