This was a beautiful resort. Very quiet and never had issues getting chairs on the beach. Staff were very friendly. The workout room had up to date equipment and was well kept up.

A very good standard all round, we were very pleased with our choice. We felt safe walking around either in the day or at night. Plenty of choices of bars and restaurants within walking distance and/or could use the regular property shuttle service to get closer into the main centre. Beautiful white sandy beaches, plenty of options for sunbeds and watersports and spa on-hand. Overall though felt it was quite expensive, the property, meals out and drinks. An average bottle of wine was $45-70 our average evening meal (including wine) was $300-350.

Clearly there were discriminatory practices in this hotel as we were assigned the worst possible room, with a view to a wall. There was a disconnect between what was presented to us at the time of the reservation and the room assigned to us. The aggravation was their attitude treating us as second class citizens. The front desk needs training on diversity and ethics. The restaurant staff were friendly.

Laid back property. Nice front desk staff. Shuttle to their other property, Ocean Club West, which is walking distance to shops and restaurants. This property has a casual and a more upscale restaurant. Dining service is often provided by servers who are not particularly fast or efficient but food quality is superb. Great beach and lots of complementary water craft- sup, kayak, hobie cat.

We stayed at the property for 10 days.
Seven of the days by 8 am workers were loudly doing landscaping, maids where yelling back and forth with each other about tasks they had to complete outside of our room door, which appeared to be a meeting spot for the staff . The property overall is very well maintained from the buildings to the landscaping because of this. Our room had a remodeled shower and newer doors/windows. It was at in average condition. One of our friends was also staying at the property and received a remodeled room which was a huge upgrade compared to ours from the stainless steel appliances to the double sink bathroom. Their room also had a washer/dryer in it ours did not, yet the Expedia listing indicated there would be a washer/dryer. As far as the pools, they are both not heated which was super disappointing, the gym is not large but it gets the job done, there is also no hot tub on site. Overall beach conditions of the sand needs to be noted, they do not rake the sand at all, there will be debris from the ocean near your chairs everyday. Overall the front desk staff were very helpful and maids cleaned your room nicely everyday but all the other staff we encounter did not want to be bothered or talk to, they like to communicate by grunting and pointing even though they speak English.

Really enjoyed our stay!! The staff was great!
My main issue and concern was with the beach. The property sits next to THE #1 BEACH IN THE WORLD (at times) and the property doesn’t groom the beach where the chairs and umbrellas are. There was tons of debris and trash everywhere you walked. First steps out to find a lounge chair there was a plastic fork sticking out of the sand, plastic bottle and a rusted bottle top. Very disappointed that isn’t addressed daily.
I understand you’ll have individuals that won’t pick up after themselves, shame on them. But every day they had 2 pool /beach staff handing out towels. Allocate your resources appropriately.
Our suite was nice. The kitchen needed a once over on the appliances… there were several duplicates (3 coffee makers) because some were broke or missing parts. The refrigerator made a horrendous noise throughout the day and night along with the a/c. It would wake you up at night. The DVD player was possessed. The disc had no scratches but paused several times then it just started ejected and closing over and over. Needless to say we didn’t play another DVD in fear it would get stuck.
The TV remotes were complicated! And the phone we couldn’t get to dial out the first few days. A message was left unheard.
Regardless we still had a wonderful time!! Thank you!!

The restaurants were amazing and the staff were very accommodating!! The shuttle to each property was right on schedule, the beds were completely comfortable and the rooms were super clean. A extremely well cared for resort!!

We enjoyed our second trip to the Ocean Club! The accommodations vary by unit, we were happy with our Studio. The dryer didn't work, but that didn't negate our great time! Staff is very helpful :)

This was a beautiful property with a great beach area. The large lanai in the room was wonderful and we spent much of our time on it. The shuttle between the properties was an easy way to get to town and we used it almost daily. The small store on site had a fairly good selection and was a two minute walk from our room to get water and snacks. The restaurant was mediocre in our opinion and we found far better food in the area for the same cost or less. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return to the property and had a fantastic week!

My 2 girlfriends & I spent 5 nights/6 days here at OC East & enjoyed our stay. We used the shuttle to take us to OC West where the town was just a block away!
The pools were nice but we spent most of our time at the beach.
The room was nicely appointed and the kitchen was bigger than we expected. We also had 1.5 bathrooms which was a plus! The screened in porch was super big and we sat out there quite often as well-which we could see straight to the ocean down the middle of the resort!
Overall a great place & I would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Ocean Club (November 2023). The resort was generally quite clean and the staff attentive. The pools seemed to require cleaning more often as they were greasy substances floating along in the mornings.

What a perfect vacation! Ocean Club is the best bargain on Grace Bay and we will definitely be back. Ocean Club East is a bit more remote than Ocean Club West but with the shuttle they provide this is not a problem.

Property was beautiful but I had zero service since I got there didn't have service again until I got to the airport. I got bit by something but never saw what was biting me I have over ten bites on my body still itching food was awful the only good thing was the drinks and the cheese burger beach was beautiful the people that work there are so sweet and kind had a massage by miss gail she was so nice felt great

In the off season like when we came in October this place was nice with easy parking. The condo that I rented was older and dated but clean other than the shower that was covered in hair and didn’t have working hot water. You are driving to go anywhere but this is a prime spot on the beach with enough seating for this time of year. The bar staff was great and decent food there to eat, but if you are not an owner you cannot charge to your room which was inconvenient.

The Ocean Club was very clean throughout the property. It was quiet and very relaxing. It’s located right on the beach with Cabana Bar & Grill to enjoy food and drinks. Friendly staff and great food at the on-site restaurants.

We didn't like the room assigned to us. It was in very poor condition. The bed frame was broken. The ceiling fan was about to collapse. The balcony was so small the furniture took all the space. Our room view was to a parking lot.
We liked that they gave us another room which was much nicer and in excellent condition.

Just spent 5 nights at Ocean Club East and had an excellent stay on the resort. Clean, beach area is amazing, dock/dive center/massage next door, pools looked nice, grounds well maintained, good food, staff was helpful and really, it was all I thought it would be. Room 7201 was nice, comfortable, updated and stocked with more than we needed (washing machine and dryer was a great surprise). I have zero complaints and won't hesitate to stay here again in the future. Is it Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, not quite but, for us Grunts....a perfect balance to enjoy as many Provo activities as possible AND be on a great resort. Solid choice and can't wait to get back soon!
If I were to make 1 suggestion, I think combined with the shuttle service to Ocean Club West area already existing, maybe add an Airport shuttle to the scheduling? That could nearly eliminate rental car/taxi expenses. My 2 cents anyway.

Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the environment as well, very chill and laid back. The view from my room was amazing, the ocean, palm trees and the pool all in one. Just the right place to enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The shuttles were very convenient and made it easy to reach our destination. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time

Property was nice, and in the more quiet part of the island. Friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning crew didn't our two few times in the one week stay, and they rarely changed bed sheets. Otherwise, the food and property was wonderful.
