Before booking: - A reservation for one or two will only give you access to one bedroom. NO instant Booking. - Ask for our specific rules for long tern stay (extra cleaning fees etc). - The number of guests cannot be increased after booking without the owner’s previous agreement. Also, no entertaining guests from outside your party During your stay: - Always close all windows, lock the entrance door and turn off AC units each time you leave for the day. The AC units are intended for the bedrooms only, They refresh the area quickly once you are ready for bed. While home during the day, we invite you to open all windows (including in the back with the mosquitoes screens) to let the breeze in and use the numerous fans all over the appartement. - Make sure that windows and doors are always closed when the AC is on. - The shower drains will not work properly if sand is inside. For that reason, we will leave a brush at the entrance so you can brush the sand off your feet in the parking lot before getting in the appartement. - Empty the trash bins in the container outside (respect recycling directions- containers a few steps away further down on your right outside the gate) - No noise after 9pm (if we receive complains from neighbors, we will ask you to leave) - NO SMOKING in the apartment (including at the windows)
