Montemar 403 is a fourth floor two bedroom, two bathroom residence with ocean views, sleeping four. The living and dining areas open onto a private terrace furnished for dining and lounging, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an island cooktop and a coffee bar. Smart TVs in every room, air conditioning throughout, fast WiFi, and a work desk.
The fourth floor is the building's amenity level, so the restaurant and deli are steps from the door, open from 9am to 5pm. Guests also have full use of the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, the jacuzzi, the fitness center, the pickleball court and the sun deck. Covered parking includes one reserved garage space, there is an elevator, and security is on site 24 hours.
Montemar sits inside Pedregal, the gated hillside community at the edge of downtown Cabo San Lucas. You are one block above downtown, close enough to walk to the marina in about nine minutes, and far enough up the hill to be away from the noise. The marina is where the restaurants, the sport fishing fleet and the boat charters are. Medano Beach, the swimmable beach in Cabo, is a short drive. Land's End, the arch and the sea lion colony are reached by water taxi from the marina. Grocery stores, pharmacies and the highway out to the Corridor and San Jose del Cabo are minutes away by car. Los Cabos International Airport is about 45 minutes.
