Персонала беше мил и любезен.Жената,която работи на рецепцията беше страхотна,същото мога да кажа и за жената на бара.Страхотно отшение и гостоприемство от тяхна страна.Беше изключително чисто в стаята,мебелите са нови,матраците бяха удобни,възглавниците-не!Нашата стая беше с джакузи,което не е практично и не може да се използва,пълно с листа,буболечки и т.н.Добра идея,но не е приложима!

Храната беше под всякаква критика!Изключително оскъдна и еднообразна!За първи път отсядаме на място,с включена закуска и вечеря и да ми казват,точно колко да мога да си сложа от дадената храна. Цитирам:"На човек се полага по едно парче"! Персонала в ресторанта беше нелюбезен.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic; we spent two nights there and were thoroughly impressed. The incredible atmosphere of the hotel did not disappoint us. The room was perfectly clean with a newly renovated bathroom. The hotel manager informed us that the bathrooms were renovated just a few months ago. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back with our family for a summer vacation.

Disastro totale! In bagno il soffitto é per metà ricoperto da vistosissima muffa, una puzza inquietante di cantina. Bagno vecchio, tanta ruggine. Un vistoso buco nel muro della doccia, porta che non si chiude e nessun box doccia o tenda. In camera non c'é posto per appoggiare i vestiti, tanta polvere ovunque. Parti di battiscopa mancanti e altro buco nel muro. Prese vicine al letto mancanti. Letti scomodissimi. Cena e colazione davvero poveri, poca scelta e qualità davvero bassa. Per fortuna l'assistenza Booking è stata eccezionale e ci ha fatto fare il check out il giorno dopo, nonostante il titolare voleva per forza farci pagare l'intero soggiorno (ci ha proposto un upgrade, ma dopo la notte all'odore di muffa non vedevamo l'ora di scappare via).

Very clean and tidy, beautiful building and nature around it, close to the beach. The food was good, the staff was friendly. We will definitely come again. :)

To the owners of the hotel: please paint the stair between room 34 and 35 so that it can be visible. At first we did not notice it and tripped on it. Also please get your guests at least 2ply toilet paper. The 1ply one is absolutely unacceptable even for 1* hotel. You can do better on those things! Overall the hotel is lovely.

We liker pool, pool side area sunbeds.Room was clean and new, overall hotel was nice.

Staff was so-so, not to welcoming.Food was tasty but same every day, identical breakfast and for dinner they swich chicken or beef, one day chichen other pork.

Water from the shower did not flow into the drain and the bathroom was wet all the time

The receptionist was very helpful and kind and the bed was new and comfortable

The room was quite empty, without nightstand, closet or any place to store/hang your clothes. There were no chairs or table on the balcony, we had to ask for it. The food was average and we had to wait to bring new batches out.
