It was a nice quiet property in a great location for what we needed. Walking distance to Fiddlers Green which is what we went for. We also found a great park walk from our place to 3 miles north all through beautiful park spaces on a great trail for bikers, walkers, and runners.

We stayed for six days visiting family and sightseeing, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to dining, shopping, I-25, & Arapahoe Road, with many restaurants and stores within a few blocks. It’s also a great base for exploring, with scenic drives and attractions within about an hour.The unit was very clean, including corners & surfaces. The kitchen had essentials, but could use more plates (only four, one is chipped which we don’t use) and food storage containers—we ended up reusing takeout containers. Which we cleaned & left for future guests. The Brita filter & extra pitcher were a nice touch.As previously noted, the mattress is very worn and should be replaced. There is a foam topper, but it doesn’t compensate for the sagging that pulls you toward the middle of the bed, it is also noticeably smaller than the mattress, which makes it feel like you were rolling off the edge, it was slightly uncomfortable for two people. The couch also sags significantly in every seating posit, and the loose cover shifts easily.We had a non-functioning toaster and no TV instructions. Communication with the host was slower than expected. Although a replacement toaster was promised, it arrived late and was also defective and unusable.Despite these issues, the cleanliness and especially the location are strong positives. With updates to the mattress, furniture, and better maintenance responsiveness, this could easily be an excellent stay. We would consider booking again.
