Excellent location, great bathroom with nice shower. Easy to reach front desk via text as there was never a person at desk.Everything was always answered and attended to. Would stay again.

Amazing location, close to cafes, restaurants, right in the middle of wonderful shopping and easy walk to museums and attractions. Simply cannot fault Mammas it was perfect !

Marzio was an amazing host. Our room was perfect for traveling all of Florence. It was clean, spacious, easy entry. Also has an amazing shower!
When we travel to Florence again, this is where we'll be staying.

Pros:
* easy to check yourself in with codes for main and hotel doors.
*free water
*king sized beds in family suite
Cons:
*terrible and smelly bathroom. Shower door does not stay on the track. No shelf in shower for shampoo or soap. Not enough hooks for towels.
*no chairs in rooms
