The property was clean and tidy and in a fantastic location. Tube stations a short walk and plenty to do around the area with lots of tourist sights in easy walking distance too. Apartment had hairdryer, fan and ironing board and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery for the 2 of us. Communication was poor (no response at all from 17th 27th via Hotel app) but once you’ve got portal access that is the best way to contact. Check in was very difficult because the portal would not load the information. I had to ask a friend from home with WiFi to access the portal so I could get the code to enter the property. There are 2 possible WiFis to connect to at the property - only 1 works. There was no hot water for the duration of our stay and the guest downstairs also came to report our shower water was leaking through his ceiling. I would recommend this property if the hot water is guaranteed!!

We originally booked excel apartments at Trafalgar Square as we were attending theatre. We were moved very last minute to further away and had to use the tube which I find quite stressful having anxiety and claustrophobia. Contact was quite poor although the actual apartment was still nice but in a noisy area.

Great location. Very convenient apartment. The only problem was a lot of stairs to carry our luggage as there is no elevator.

I wanted to stay in a full service apartment rather than a small hotel room. I had an excellent time in the beautiful modern apartment the perfect location in Covent Garden. Very walkable to almost every thing. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and clean. Check-in procedure was easy. Management company is was well organized. The beds were comfortable. Upstairs living room/kitchen balcony space was amazing. It was great having a full service apartment rather than a hotel room. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry machine. I highly recommend this apartment. The location is vey vibrant and safe. The only drawback was a lack of cabinet/drawers to unpack your clothes. There is plenty of closet space for hanging clothes. I would definitely stay here again!

Late check in. The host instructed us to not to get there before 3pm. We got there at 320 and the cleaning lady was just starting the cleanup. It took her 2 hours to clean so we had to sit on the side to wait for her to finish so that we could get get ready and leave for our event that evening. Wifi did not work the 3 days we were there. The sofa in teh living area had stains and all the window blinds were broken.
