Très bel établissement Khmer . Tout neuf , bien construit, bien meublé . Grande chambre avec balcon au 3 eme étage avec vue panoramique sur la région .
Rien ne manque , tout fonctionne . Rideaux occultants . Aucun bruit .
Ascenseur.
Staff professionnel et très poli .
Très bon petit déjeuner khmer .
Restaurant rooftop avec vue sur toute la région .
C’est le meilleur hôtel à Seri Ambel
Restauration de rue face a l’hôtel .
Matelas un peu dur
Le parking moto pourrait être abrité
Produits d’hygiène ( savon , brosse à dents, shampooing ) dans la salle de bain très bas de gamme .

Superb gem in an unexpected rural location( easily explained as the hotel sits prominently on an intersection of 2 province boundaries) . All staff and (new?) manager incredibly courteous, polite and very helpful and efficient.
Lovely spacious, light airy room with big double doors opening onto a big balcony enough for table and chairs outdoors times.
It's so much more a full hotel facility than it's "guesthouse" name.
Big Lobby Reception,Large restaurant, elevator, rooftop bar.
High-quality furniture and furnishings, bedding etc. Hotel only 3yrs old and also refurbished or improved more in the last year
Ideal if you have a vehicle, the only very minor negative is the location is about 1.3kms from Srae Ambel rural township and Passapp hailing doesn't operate there.
But the hotel staff will readily find an arrangement for you. ( my recommendation might be a simple little buggy type free shuttle...?)
Very very highly recommended, one of the best surprises I've found throughout my 3yrs nomadic traveling across S.E.Asia
