A serious need for on site staff.

The location, at the top of Alltwen Hill, was just what we wanted.

There were no staff on site, so the complex method of gaining access to the the rooms was overly difficult. The first night's sleep was severely disrupted by serious trouble in the free parking area, that went on for three hours before the police arrive - it was 3.15 am by then. As there are no staff, people in the Lodge had to call the police themselves. Finally, the room was very small and had no storage space for our clothing.

Good stay

Nice little place , we booked the apartment. All looked ok and nice and we was happy with it. Only problem we found once we first got inside our apartment was the awful smell of curry in the bathroom? Curry stains on the kitchen floor which we know can’t be helped from previous guests however the curry smell in the bathroom lingered in there for our whole trip which made me feel sick. Cobwebs in the bedroom area above bed and only one light working above the bed (there is 2) apart from that the stay was comfortable and we do understand the previous guest could have caused the stains in the kitchen etc Overall a good stay and we would return
