Absolutely everything, is the short answer. The apartment is situated in a quiet and characterful enclave in an especially bijou part of Bodmin. Tardis-like, it looks and feels more spacious inside than the view from outside might suggest. We found it to be spotless, very well equipped, fresh, oh so comfortable and maintained to highest standards. The allocated parking space assigned to the apartment is a real bonus.

Location was good and easy to find, very clean, had bed and sleeper sofa, kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and an air fryer.
Lacked wifi and local mobile reception was a bit slow, no pizza cutter for our pizza, the oven was in german did not know how to change, no drinking glasses, the duvet was too thick for summer so we were hot and no blackout blinds in bedroom but some in kitchen and lounge.

Lovely place to stay and in a great location

no breakfast, was a great place
the condensation made everything wet and damp even the beds huge huge problem that needs sorting out asap. no wifi in 2025. use need to sort that asap aswell, apart from that everything else was great
