The apartment is simply perfect, it has an amazing view and a little balcony towards the Via delle Grazie, making it even more perfect. The location is easy to find and very close to Piazza Duomo. Also I would like to mention that the apartment was very clean, 10/10.
I can't mention something that I didn't like.

This is an amazing apartment in the heart of Ortigia. It has a beautiful view of the street and the atmosphere at night is so romantic and magical. It’s decorated very nicely and the location is perfect. We stayed here a couple of days for our honeymoon and it was amazing.

The location of the property is very good, right in the center of town. The bed was comfortable, and although the balcony is quite small, the historic view from it is really nice.
There were a few things that could be improved. The amount of toilet paper and coffee capsules provided was quite limited. When we asked for more, we were told that the property is not a hotel and that we should purchase them ourselves. However, as tourists, this was not very practical, especially since the coffee machine required specific capsules that are not easy to find everywhere. We felt that it would have been much clearer and more reasonable to mention in advance that the amenities provided were limited to a certain number of days. In the end, the host understood our concern and kindly provided additional toilet paper and coffee capsules, which we appreciated.
The water pressure in the shower was also very low, which made showering quite inconvenient.
The 5:00 PM check-in time was also very late and inconvenient. We were able to arrange a 4:00 PM check-in after speaking with the host, but there was some lack of coordination in the communication, so the process was not completely smooth.
