Le propriétaire est sympathique et attentionné. La situation est bonne car on est pas très loin de la gare Garibaldi.
L’isolation acoustique entre appartement est à revoir

Clean, well equipped.
The neighbours are very loud until midnight screaming and dogs barking! Good thing I travel with earplugs. My travel companions did not seem to mind though :)

Площа з дитячим майданчиком поблизу,якщо є дитина .Капсули для кави
Вітальня,вона і є однією зі спалень,не може бути як спальна кімната,тому,що поряд є ще дві квартири,які розділяють грати від сходинової клітини,і цими гратами гримали вночі і рано вранці, тому відпочинку практично не було.... + Після 22 год.не стало світла,яке з'явилося біля 3 год ночі,але гарячої води до виселення ніхто так і не побачив,власник звичайно вибачився,але ніякого відшкодування навіть на сміх не запропонував
$$$$
